Thinking right but doing wrong

Sometimes you have a collegue that thinks (s)he’s doing it right but acctually (s)he’s doing it wrong.
As a neuroscience nurse we all know how it’s done when you have a patient who is going of the rails and is turning day into night and night into day.
So what do you do…. you make a program for the day for that patient.
Take a good look at the following one which i found next to a patient and was made by a collegue.
| In the morning | |
| 06:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| 08:00 | Wash or shower the patient. Dressing the patient |
| 08:30 | Mobilizing the patient out of bed with the Maximove (a passive lifter) |
| 09:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| 11:30 | Putting the patient back in bed with the Maximove |
| In the afternoon | |
| 12:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| 13:30 | Mobilizing the patient out of bed with the Maximove (a passive lifter) |
| 15:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| 17:00 | Putting the patient back in bed with the Maximove |
| In the evening | |
| 18:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| 20:30 | Changing the patient into nightwear |
| 21:00 | Feeding the patient through the feeding tube |
| Mobilizing the patient out of bed with the Maximove (a passive lifter) |
Have you found the mistake?
